Cancellations

Individual Bookings (1–7 people):
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of departure.

‍Group Bookings (8+ people) & Private Tours:
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure. Bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of departure.

‍Missed Trips & Standby:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled trip, we cannot provide a refund. Where possible, we may offer standby on another trip, subject to availability; however, this is not guaranteed.

‍Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover missed trips, cancellations and other unforeseen circumstances.

‍Trip Modifications & Cancellations by Us:
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any trip at our discretion. If we cancel your trip, a full refund will be provided.
