Cancellations

Individual Bookings (1–7 people):
Bookings are subject to a 48-hour cancellation/change policy. Refunds or changes must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled departure. Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of departure.

‍Group Bookings (8+ people):
Bookings are subject to a 7-day cancellation/change policy. Refunds or changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure. Bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of departure.

‍Missed Trips & Standby:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled trip due to circumstances beyond your control, we cannot provide a refund, as availability is limited. Where possible, guests may be offered standby on another trip, however this is not guaranteed.

‍Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance to cover missed trips, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

‍Trip Modifications & Cancellations by Us:
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any trip at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation by us, a refund will be provided.
