Are you reliable, outgoing, and enjoy being part of an inspiring team? As a Reservations Agent, you’ll help guests have a seamless experience in Jasper National Park. This isn’t just a desk job — you’ll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team, hearing stories from our guides and getting the chance to experience our tours firsthand so you can share the adventure with guests. We provide full training, so even if you don’t have previous experience, what matters most is that you’re dependable, organized, and a true people person who enjoys talking to guests and cares about getting things right. What you’ll do
- Help guests with bookings, questions, and logistical details before and during tours
- Coordinate daily tour dispatch, ensuring guides have accurate group information
- Collaborate with guides to locate guests and keep tours running smoothly
- Support the team with administrative tasks

If whitewater is your playground and the mountains are your backyard, this is the summer job for you. As a Raft Guide, you’ll lead guests down Jasper’s rivers — starting on the Athabasca Expressway, progressing to Canyon Run, and eventually the Sunwapta and Fraser rivers as you get more experienced. You’ll coach guests on paddling skills, steer the raft with oars, call commands, and guide guests safely through rapids. Our in-house training program is highly structured, emphasizing safety, technical river skills, professional guest service, and team culture. What you’ll do
- Lead trips safely, steering the raft and coaching guests on paddling commands

Do you love wildlife and the outdoors? As a Wildlife Tour Guide, you’ll lead mini-bus tours through Jasper National Park, spotting animals and sharing their stories with guests. You’ll help guests connect with nature while teaching the importance of protecting wildlife and the environment. We provide full training and mentorship, so even first-time guides can grow into the role. Guides receive IGA certification once trained and can develop skills over the season. Spend your summer in Jasper National Park doing more than just driving — join our rafting team as a Class 2 Bus Driver! You’ll transport guests to riverside rafting trips, assist with equipment, and have plenty of downtime to enjoy the views and wildlife. Plus, you’ll get to photograph rafts going through the rapids — a fun perk that makes this role more than just driving. A summer job in Jasper for a professional driver who wants to be part of exciting rafting adventures while capturing photos of rafts and enjoying the outdoors.
We provide a comprehensive driver safety program, and we’re happy to work with your schedule for part-time or full-time seasonal work. Staff accommodation is available for full-time employees.
