Are you organized, positive, great with people, and the kind of person who takes pride in doing things well? As a Reservations Agent with Maligne Adventures, you'll help guests make the most of their time in Jasper National Park while supporting the details that keep our tours running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, follows things through, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. You'll be part of a supportive team, but you'll also need to be comfortable working independently, using good judgment, and taking ownership of what's happening during your shift. If you enjoy the outdoors and are excited about the experiences Jasper has to offer, even better — we want our team to know our experiences firsthand and share that genuine enthusiasm with our guests.
We'll teach you our tours and systems. What matters most to us is a positive attitude, strong customer service instincts, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to contribute.
What you’ll do
- Help guests choose and book experiences that genuinely suit them, including our own tours and those offered by trusted Jasper partners
- Answer emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries with friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service
- Manage bookings and reservation details accurately and efficiently
- Think ahead, follow up on outstanding tasks, and spot potential problems before they become problems
- Handle unexpected situations with empathy, good judgment, and a solutions-focused approach
- Coordinate daily tour details and communicate with guides and our operations team to help departures run smoothly
- Keep clear notes and handovers so your teammates have the information they need
- Pitch in where needed, from helping teammates and completing administrative tasks to keeping our office clean and welcoming
- Depending on licensing and operational needs, occasionally assist with guest pickups or transfers
Who we’re looking for
- Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail, with a genuine desire to get things right

- Comfortable with computers and learning new reservation systems
- Previous experience in an office environment, hotel front desk, concierge, reservations, reception, tourism, or similar customer-facing role is strongly preferred
- A valid driver's licence is preferred, with willingness to obtain a Class 4 licence considered an asset

If whitewater is your playground and the mountains are your backyard, this is the summer job for you. As a Raft Guide, you’ll lead guests down Jasper’s rivers — starting on the Athabasca Expressway, progressing to Canyon Run, and eventually the Sunwapta and Fraser rivers as you get more experienced. You’ll coach guests on paddling skills, steer the raft with oars, call commands, and guide guests safely through rapids. Our in-house training program is highly structured, emphasizing safety, technical river skills, professional guest service, and team culture. A raft guide job in Jasper for anyone looking to lead whitewater trips, embrace outdoor adventure, and work on some of the region’s most exciting rivers.
What you’ll do
- Lead trips safely, steering the raft and coaching guests on paddling commands

Do you love wildlife and the outdoors? As a Wildlife Tour Guide, you’ll lead mini-bus tours through Jasper National Park, spotting animals and sharing their stories with guests. You’ll help guests connect with nature while teaching the importance of protecting wildlife and the environment. We provide full training and mentorship, so even first-time guides can grow into the role. Guides receive IGA certification once trained and can develop skills over the season. An ideal summer adventure job in Jasper for those who love wildlife, sharing nature stories, and exploring the outdoors.

Spend your summer in Jasper National Park doing more than just driving — join our rafting team as a Class 2 Bus Driver! You’ll transport guests to riverside rafting trips, assist with equipment, and have plenty of downtime to enjoy the views and wildlife. Plus, you’ll get to photograph rafts going through the rapids — a fun perk that makes this role more than just driving. A summer job in Jasper for a professional driver who wants to be part of exciting rafting adventures while capturing photos of rafts and enjoying the outdoors.
We provide a comprehensive driver safety program, and we’re happy to work with your schedule for part-time or full-time seasonal work. Staff accommodation is available for full-time employees.
